- Our standard hours of business are Monday –
Friday, 8am – 8pm and Saturday and Sunday 9am – 4pm.
- We will respond to all emails and telephone
calls received on a working day by the end of the next working day.
- We will treat all communications with strict
confidentiality and will work within the provisions of the Data
Protection Act
- On acceptance of an instruction, we will inspect
the property within 3 working days, subject to the seller being
available for an appointment within this timescale.
- After the inspection the EPC will be submitted
to our approved certification scheme within 24 hours.
- We shall maintain professional indemnity and
public liability insurance at the level required by our
certification scheme.
- We shall fulfil the requirements of our
certification scheme and hold a current licence to operate as
Domestic Energy Inspectors.
- Fees: Our fee for each inspection or HIP shall
be agreed at the time of acceptance.
- Payment: Payment must be made on booking of the
HIP or Energy Inspection.
- Cancelled appointments: If an appointment for an
inspection is cancelled (through no fault of our own) and we are not
notified at least 4 hours before the time of the inspection the
agreed fee will still be charged for the cancelled appointment at
our discretion.
- Complaints: All complaints received will be
dealt with in accordance with our complaints procedure.
