South West Hips can supply a Home Information Pack for just £297, fully inclusive with No Hidden fees!

We will ring your chosen agent on the day, you instruct us to advise the hip has been "commissioned"

We will send the agent the EPC as soon as its completed, usually within 3 working days (subject to access) to speed up the marketing process.

On completion the HIP will be emailed to the agent for them to print off or show buyers online.

Alternatively for a small additional fee we can send a hard copy or an electronic copy on CD ROM
